Historic King Drive BID is keeping history alive by connecting the present to the past and honoring those who originally built this vibrant community. We do so by ensuring consistent standards of excellence in business offerings and building and storefront design.

The BID appreciates new buildings that complement the historic character of the district, such as the use of Cream City brick and large windows, as well as proposals for mixed-use development.
